This is a feature film about humanity’s historic attempts to control the race for advanced Artificial Intelligence before it’s too late. We follow entrepreneur and new dad Marc, who wants world leaders to take the risks of AI more seriously. His plan? To develop a wargame - a geo-political role-play - that takes us a decade into the future of AI. Will it be a tool for good or will things go terribly wrong?

The film follows the drama of the wargame, where generals, ambassadors and philosophers wrestle with AI getting more and more powerful. As they invest in AI to combat a new global pandemic, the technology's capabilities start to outstrip their ability to control it. With societies struggling to adapt to loss of work - and purpose - can players put geo-politics aside and work together for the good of humanity? Throughout these taut future scenarios, the intensity of the game is punctured by reveries on the nature of intelligence, as Marc cares for his son.
