TikTok verstehen: Ein Blick hinter die Quarks-Kulissen

In this workshop, students are given an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the Quarks TikTok channel. They experience first-hand how complex scientific topics are transformed into short, engaging videos for a young audience. They will learn what a typical day in the Quarks editorial office involves and the steps involved in creating a video, from the initial idea to completion. They will also discover what constitutes a genuine Quarks topic and the ingredients of a successful TikTok video.

Participants will have the opportunity to try their hand at writing, developing their own short scripts on selected topics. In doing so, they will learn how to create a strong 'hook' that immediately arouses curiosity and captivates viewers until the end.

There will be plenty of opportunity for questions, feedback and direct interaction with the editorial team, providing a lively insight into how science can be communicated creatively, clearly and entertainingly.
